Explicit by design.
Each project has a project.json. Its name, commands, dependencies, and tags live together, right where the project does.
Small runner. Clear intent.
A lightweight monorepo command runner that keeps configuration explicit and execution simple. Define a project. Pick a command. Get to work.

THEN, FROM YOUR WORKSPACE
npx isox build web
Your build script. Your tools. One entry point.
One project file. A command you can read.
A little structure goes a long way
Each project has a project.json. Its name, commands, dependencies, and tags live together, right where the project does.
An isox.json marks your workspace root. Isox discovers your projects and caches their configuration locally. No background daemon needed.
Run your existing scripts with the bundled shell executor, or write a native executor with access to your project and workspace context.
From install to execution
Start in an existing npm workspace. Add a little configuration, then let your tools do what they do best.

npx isox build web
